Hello!
We are planning a major update of mregions that we will be developing during the following months. This will involve deprecating some of the functions and the addition of new features.
This package was reviewed by the ROpenSci community back in 2016. With this new update we think it makes sense that the package passes a new review. I haven’t found any similar case that happened before and I was wondering if there are any guidelines for these cases? Do we simply submit the package for reviewing once we consider that it is ready? Is there anything else we should keep in mind?
